Dansk Kobenstyle- Blue Casserole/ Baker

Danish designer + sculptor, Jens Quistgaard, introduced Danish Modern to the American kitchen in 1955 with his Kobenstyle line of enameled steel cookware. Originally sold by Dansk for Neiman-Marcus, Kobenstyle is now reproduced by Food52. Collect a piece from the original Dansk production line. Manufactured in France in 1965.

Great size for manicotti, cinnamon rolls, a slew of roasted veggies.

Minor chips around rim, scratches on cook surface. Never use metal on enameled pieces, stick with plastic and wood.

A modern classic. Impressive on any potluck table!
